How it Works

Your process will be unique and your own.   Whether you are from Appleton, or any of the far reaches of Wisconsin, we  want you to be comfortable throughout the entire process.   The purpose of this process is to make sure you can relax when it comes to taxes!   Whether you want to meet, chat online or talk on the phone, we will be available to you.   No question is silly and every contact is important to me.

At a minimum, your process will include these four steps.   There is no maximum on the service you can and will receive!

1.  Fill Out The Tax Quote Form

√ This assessment will help us assess your tax situation and get a good handle on how much time it will take to prepare and review your tax return.   This information will be used to help us determine a quote for you.

2.  Receive Quote via Email or Phone

√ Your quote form is sent directly to us.   Very soon after your submission, you will receive a quote from us through the medium of your choosing in the quote form on how much your tax return will cost you.

3.  Request, Receive, Complete and Return Tax Organizer

√ If you like the quote, and you would like to enlist our help for your taxes, email or call me with your intent and I will send you the Tax Relaxer Tax Organizer.

√ This Tax Organizer will do just as it sounds: organize your tax information!   The organizer will consist of a short questionnaire that will help trigger your memory of any tax forms, expenses you paid that may be used in the return, prior year returns, or supporting documents that you have received during 2012.

√ Complete the short questionnaire, and mail it back to me in the pre-paid envelope included in the organizer!   Include the source documents and any prior year’s returns, if you have them!

4.  That’s it!  Receive your completed returns in the mail. (Or pick them up!)

With your completed (and already filed) returns, you will receive information on how to reduce your tax liability in future years, as well as an explanation of your tax returns for the current tax year.

If at any time you’d like to meet with your accountant (myself!) I will be happy to meet with you.   We can schedule a mutually agreeable time for an appointment to meet at our office.   This appointment is at  no extra cost to you, and for you to use if you so choose.   I would love to meet with you and get to know you better.
